What a week you've had. It's great that you are still fighting for your insurance coverage but how exhausting. No wonder you need to sleep. With the derma notes on the way, I'm sure you'll get coverage. I can see them wanting the BMI bit so that people don't suddenly lose more and need more work, but after reading about all of the skin conditions you've been enduring, they need to get you relief, stat. Hugs.
