Why hello there! 'Memba me? Yeah, I didn't blog the last two days. I was busy. The Lesleygirl ain't just sippin' tea, ya know.

I think my resolution for 2012 will be a rather simple one: I will not settle. This will apply to most, if not all, aspects of my life. So far this year I've learned that when you don't accept what's not good enough, you then make room in your life for things that are good enough and that you deserve. And the year is still relatively new, I have a lot more of this to experience yet. LesleyMom constantly reminds me that it's important to have standards (or "standids!" if you've ever heard the LesleyMom speak) and I'm realizing that she's right. I mean I had an inkling about this before, but now I'm convinced.

That's all I'm willing to say for now. Other than to tell you that this was a very, very happy weekend for me, and I am really hoping that trend continues. We shall see...
